About Dr. Vengalil Dr. Nathan Vengalil is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to compassionate, inclusive, and high-quality patient care. He specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with clinical interests in skin of color, LGBTQ+ health, and patient education. Dr. Vengalil completed his dermatology residency at Washington University in St. Louis, where he served as Chief Resident and Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Dr. Vengalil treats a wide range of dermatologic conditions with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. He is widely recognized by patients for his kind demeanor, attentive listening, and life-changing results. His approach combines medical precision with a strong emphasis on education and empathy.
Dr. Vengalil has authored peer-reviewed publications on topics ranging from filler-related granulomas to LGBTQ+ dermatology education and rare inflammatory skin diseases. He has contributed to national dermatology textbooks and developed dermatologic education materials for transgender patients.
